I'm having a hard time understanding this thread. I guess that this last post is PR from a competitor. The way I read the announcement: ONCO was able to convert a Spectravision franchisee to On Command. My understanding was that On Command bought Spectravision, so therefore I would EXPECT them to get ALL those contracts. News would be if they LOST one of the contracts. The 10K, 10Q's for Lodgenet carefully document the lawsuit against them by ONCO for patent infringement. The 10K, 10Q's for ONCO omit this law suit. The math shows that LNET is 58% of the size of ONCO in terms of rooms served. I would think that this suit would be as material and important to ONCO as it is to LNET. Why doesn't ONCO mention it? What am I missing? KW
