Hi Gregg, I do not know Marvin Maslow although the folks over at the PJTV thread seem to be very knowledgable since they have followed his career for quite a long time...I have heard he has a home out in N.M. and he became friends with some Scientists at LANL. As for the companies formation I presume they chose this route rather than doing an IPO which is very expensive and time consuming......find an empty shell and back Tamarack and Hockaday into it.....Shazaam..... An OTC BB stock in less than 4 months without the BS involved with an IPO ? MHTX focus seems to be a vehicle to bring certain technologies to market w/o all the red tape.At the moment they have two ponies in the stable ... Steve Redfield's Holographic Device and Hockaday's micro-fuel cell....with a possibility of more to follow.... ~~~~ stay tuned ~~~~
