New to this thread, but have heard some dire news about these guys. This is second hand, so take it as you will. The FDA has delivered a warning-like letter to the company because of testing data irregularities. I believe this is the first letter of this type to ever be sent to a CRO and could have dire consequences. My source who works in a clinical research department of a pharma company says that there is a good chance that the FDA may make an example of these guys.

I also checked the insider trades for this company on www.insidertrader.com and it would seem that 280,675 shares were sold in late May/early June by a Director, CEO, Chairman, and two large shareholders. This totaled about $6.5 million.

This might be a good short play over the next week or so. I think I'm going to play it that way.
