Joe,
Seems that if I had a company and transfered certian marketing rights to another company, then I may possiblily hold or take back a position in stock(WNC)so that I could protect a fresh influx of capital at a later time for my original company(restructure\rebuild) hence avoiding attachment of assets during bankruptcy.
