Scott, the Japanese guy that runs Exar is a good guy. He gives you a chance...I think too much of a chance. He likes companies to operate in TQM style but be creative in solving the problems. Re-engineeeing type solutions that drastically reduce cycle times and cost while increasing quality. I didn't have any problem with Kozo. America needs more like him. Maybe the Japanese culture doesn't reward creativity like I wanted...but I can handle the demands. I can tell you it's pretty interesting when the entire sr. management team is gone and you and a couple of founders are the only ones left.
