THERMOTEK INTERNATIONAL TO EXPAND IT'S PRODUCTS INTO THE ENVIRONMENTAL MARKET WITH THE ACQUISITION OF ENVIROPROCESS SYSTEMS INC. OF STAMFORD CT.
Burlington, Iowa Dated March 12-99………Thermotek International Inc. <TTKI> announced that it has entered into a purchase agreement with Enviroprocess Systems Inc, of Stamford Ct. This will enable Thermotek, to immediately expand it's market and distribution and product offerings to the industry and municipalities.
Enviroprocess Systems was founded in 1978 in order to provide solutions to the environment problems via a network of national and international representation, with proven products and installation for resource recovery. EPS provides clients with equipment and services, to provide new sources of water, recover water, purify liquids, recycle fluids, recycle solids, and develop cost effective solutions with recovery of materials or waste, to energy solutions. It utilizes the most up to date and proven separation technologies that assist many companies, including Fortune 500 companies, to minimize the cost of pollution control and treatment of liquid and solid wastes. Enviroprocess Systems provides its clients turnkey solutions from initial feasibility and pilot testing, to full scale design, fabrication, installation, service and maintenance. Sam Nakhleh, president of Enviroprocess Systems Inc, is an international expert in Membrane Filtration Technology and Systems Manufacturing. Mr. Nakhleh comes with a chemical engineering, and advanced business education, having worked for Dow Chemical, and General Signal Subsidiaries, prior to founding of Enviroprocess Systems. He has designed water and waste treatment systems that will offer a great return on investment to Enviroprocess Systems clients in synergy with Thermotek International Inc.'s mission of "wringing wealth from waste"
Harold Massner, president of Thermotek International Inc. stated that " our strategy is to broaden our product and market base within the recovery and purification of fluids, solids, and air, while still offering Industry and Municipalities marketable products, resources and services."
The Enviroprocess technology , when fully integrated with our Patented Pyrolysis Process, will offer our clients alternative ways of dealing with waste ,without pollution. Combining the technology of both companies will offer new ideas for energy production, economic development, and new sources of water, with a safe way to dispose of waste, according to Mr. Massner. He declined to disclose the terms of the deal but said Enviroprocess Systems would immediately add close to a million dollars in assets to its bottom line.
