Phil, Your FA skills are something else, ( something I need to learn more of). I agree from my uneducated look that this has to be close to a bottom, and I would also say that they have to be an attractive take over. Does anyone know if they have a poison pill in place, or is management not worried about someone stealing them at these levels? I would almost find the lack of a poison pill bothersome? Jeff
