Etrade should get allocations of this IPO this week. IMO, SIFY will do very well and open with a nice gap up. Redherring gives 2 of this week's IPOs 'red hot' ratings and SIFY is one of them. Ipopros gives it a 'hot' rating and quote.com gives it a 'favorable +3' (on a scale of -5 to +5).
