From the Jan. 21 1997 press release (Q197 earnings report),
Tandem realized proceeds of about $100M from the UB sale and
expects to report a "modest gain" from the transaction in Q2
FY97. Tandem stated it will use $50M of the funds to
repurchase TDM common stock.

Q2 results are supposed to be released Thursday 4/17.
