John, I would also like to thank you for the link to the edgar file regarding the private placement prior to the IPO. I subscribe to Edgar, however when I entered the ticker, EDGAR replies that they do not have any reports filed for this security??

After reading through the link you gave me, and after your assumption regarding 4th quarter earnings, I decided that perhaps I should cover my short position.

I still have lots of questions about this stock however, academic, at this point.
