Mark, The Dow Jones News Retrieval Service has reported that for the last few months CMVT has had one of the highest average analyst rankings. With 1 denoting a strong buy, 2 a moderate buy, and so on, CMVT has had an average rating of between 1.2 and 1.3 from the 5 or 6 analysts following it. Over the longer term there has clearly been a positive trend in analysts' assessment of the firm.

Like you I also do not know of any news that would have accounted for CMVT making a new high (although I'm certainly glad to see it). Possibly it has just been the beneficiary of increased recognition and buying interest from institutional investors.

If there are additional or alternative explanations for CMVT's recent strength, I would very much like to hear them.
