If I knew what was happening I would scream in horror, but I do not, so to me there is hope and a possibility that what one only can visualize as happening in a nice dream can yet be that called cold reality. ÿ <<Yes, Wildcat Resources Ltd. is a private company.I am CEO. ... no market for shares in Wildcat Resources Ltd. and nor is there every likely to be, barring some... My shares in Mongolian Gold Resources (MGR.V) were consolidated 20:1 into a new company called Tyhee (TDC.V) thru a failure in partnership with citizens of Mongolia that had strong connections to those in the government so that they could obtain in the rights to a gold mine.
Presently the President of this company, who is the same one of the last, is an SI member and posts regularly on the Mongolian thread as Dave Webb, has a Ph.D. in mining stuff and seems to be a "down to earth" type eventhought has no sense of humor, or atleast my type. Please read his recent post and determine if this man can engage your company in the manner he had engaged his own from a position of the only possible moves is upwards since at the bottom now.
My impression is that he is well looked upon in the Canadian movers and shakers as being one with excellent technical knowledge and good sense of whats what, so that he has obtained recently end of last years investment money from those with money to continue the company into new and untested lands in NWT Canada. I spoke to a few people at the mining convention in Vancouver this past week. An increasingly positive mood could be detected. For the first time in about 18 months, individuals were actively soliciting ventures (they had cash). They are very selective, and very frugal, but it beats the scene from the previous year's conventions. Palladium plays and diamonds took the stage as the commodities of choice, but VMS and gold projects saw some mention. The quality of what's available has improved substantially, and the remaining players have fairly realistic desires.
I had one NWT diamond project presented that had some nice looking till samples, intriguing geophysical targets, and good neighbours (diamondiferous kimberlites). The vendor said originally he had wanted a lot, but was now resigned that the best offer (lunch at McDonalds) might be the only offer.
See you at the PDAC...over 1 billion McDeposits served.
