The problem with buying beat up high-flyers is that by the time you get them, they are probably damaged goods. Think about that the next time you buy something broken, and I bet you it'll make you think twice. The challenge is in determining which type of development is taking place--a brief change in sentiment, or a more permanent reassessment of company value?

No, I haven't nibbled at biotechs. It's down big in an up market. That can't be too healthy.
