Heh, so much for that little bit of salvage work.

I should think this is trivial for Icahn, he may
not even think about this one anymore. That European
biotech trust has to unload his shares, and then
there is BVF still. Have not kept very good track,
my shares are paid for and even the 5M (gosh, hope
they haven't spent the 5M on lawyers this summer)
...the 5M could be returned to shareholders, so
what is that, forty cents maybe.

I sorta figure there is a good chance of a couple
or three bucks, and I can always curse the patent
office if Merck keeps the 18M.
When is judgement day?

But if I remember right you were looking at royalites
several years down the line and maybe were not expecting
the cash.

More than a little risky this one, but what the heck,
you only live once--and selling everything for Merck
and Pfizer takes all the spice out of playing the sector.
You'll never see me do it. (ouch, bad Karma--now one
of those goliaths will probably offer $8 for SNAP, shit)
