The hand recount they are currently doing should only prove legitimate if they do a handcount of ALL counties in FLA. Doing 4 of the 5 Democratic strongholds alone over is not fair by any stretch of the imagination.

You know it's really bad when you have the NYTimes criticize him. He is a disgrace to our country.
