I'm a biased PMSI owner, having bought in at a higher price. Having said that, at $11, PMSI looks like another of those overlooked gems that eventually get richly rewarded. Financially sound, growing earnings, dominating an industry with good prospects, savvy management -- and especially -- cheap, cheap, CHEAP. Don't lose patience on this one, I'd say. Right now, a lot of boomers are blindly throwing their money at big-caps, irrespective of value, and the big caps have kept rising in a self-fulfilling cycle. Eventually however, the divergence in value between those big caps and solid small caps like PMSI will be come so great as to be irresistible. Although the overall market may take a thrashing first before small caps regain popularity. Who really knows? Over time though, growing earnings are an irresistible attraction to investors, and PMSI's got them. Now. Not maybe, not later. The stock price just doesn't reflect it. |
