Dear Jorj X. McKie, Subscriber number 345,302,

Our billing policy is clear, and I direct you to section 7 subsection 4.1 entitled "Fee Escalation":

(a) Any public statement or private musing regarding the fairness of, complexity therein, or arbitrary nature of Company's billing policy shall give Company [Perfect Trader] the right to immediately and retroactively increase Subscriber's rate plan by a factor of 1.1415 times.

(b) If clause (a) shall have been deemed to be in effect, subsequent breaches of clause (a) shall cause an escalation of the escalation policy based on a factor of 13.

(c) If clause (b) shall have been deemed to be in effect, subsequent breaches of clause (b) shall cause an escalation of the escalation policy of the escalation of the escalation policy based on a factor of 89.
