And yet another one -- Mercora.

Srivats Sampath, probably best known for his role in McAfee.com, is going to debut a new company Monday called "Mercora", a song-swapping service. It will have a straight music store, but the long term plan is apparently to allow browsing other people's collections and downloading based on the collection. It will also let artists sell songs directly and will have tickets and CD's for sale.

It sounds like not much of a threat to the big players to me.
