I call it immoral and PR's were, IMO, deceptive but probably not illegal as they all had 'qualifiers'. Management has no credibility - agreed. I would boot them in a second for their past performance (or rather - non-performance). But they seem to have stopped that. So now what? Is everthing they say an 100% lie? No. So are the new licensee's working to produce 2nd generation film. I believe so not because of what the company says but because of what others have said? Did the recent conference occur? A DVD is supposed to be out soon (where have we heard that word before). This is not a company or management to invest your life savings in. But the reward/risk ratio still remains extremely high. Lastly - I agree - my current biggest question is - why isn't there any public mention of SPD from any major player, at least to acknowledge that they are testing it? OTOH - they don't acknowledge any other technology either. They just use a generic term - electrochromic or other. Maybe I should rename the board - "SPD (not REFR management)"?
