This weekend I did some digging into IIML. This is what I found/estimate. All data is from IIML's latest filing with SEC (available at dailystocks.com). Can I get a quick tutorial on hotlinks, please? Anybody?

I like:

1. Revenue growth is about 5 times for 9mo 1996 ($12.6M) over 9mo 1995 ($258.5K). Cost of sales also grew from $155K to $6.3M (~5 times). Note: Margin of about 100% is maintained during this revenue growth. They note 1995 EPS to be$0.017 for 1995 and $0.016 for FIRST 6 MONTHS of 1996 (I annualize to 0.032 for 1996). Twofold increase. Not bad at all.

2. Long term debt is minimal. Most of this growth has been funded by internal cash flow (from sales I presume) and private placement (I guess of stock).

3. The Co. has taken steps to get into regular NASDAQ listing from BB. I remember a date like April 3rd for that to happen (do not recall the source/ or exact date). Perhaps someone else can call the Co. & confirm this.

I do not like:
1. The large float (about 60M shares outstanding, 100M authorized), silver lining, however, is the fact that a very significant portion 67.7% or ~41M shares are held by "insiders," which is good - they will care about stock price!!

I am looking for any info. on the "unique capability/value addition" for this co. Anything we can find will be helpful.
