Daytonabrands, Inc. Reaches Branding, Licensing, and Distribution Agreement Involving the Chinese Government

IRVINE, CA and DAYTONA BEACH, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/21/07 -- Daytonabrands, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DYTB), a manufacturer and marketer of innovative consumer products for the automobile and home, announced today the company has reached a Major Licensing agreement involving the Beijing Government's Automotive Accessories Division.

The Chinese Automotive Accessories Division is responsible for more than $1.2 Billion (U.S. Dollars) in sales and is looking to grow their business to $10 Billion (U.S. Dollars) over the next 5 years. Currently, most of the Division's Products state "Made in China"; through this agreement the products will add the "Daytonabrands" corporate name to allow for greater branding, licensing, and distribution.

"It normally takes many years at huge expense to be considered for such an opportunity. Through one of our shareholders we were able to secure a strong relationship with the Chinese Government, which led to this deal.
