12 29 07 NO change, remain in the bond fund.

screencast.com

the link above is an important video for you to look at and understand, it is the basis of what this site is built around and what I am looking at in reference to what funds that I want and which one to avoid.

You may not understand it but the part about the two moving averages, the blue line and the red line is of utmost importance.

All the charts on the funds that area available to use have these lines applyed to them.

the link below is our bond fund

stockcharts.com

It has all the stuff required to be viewed as bullish. There is a line on the chart that should act as suppport. I am watching this line as price should not violate this line to the down side.

There is no telling what the new year will bring. I have made many predictions on my short term site, but these are only predictions. I expect the markets to be flat to down for the year and dont expect a big pop in stocks.

But we will watch the charts and do what they say.

The question of diversity has come up a few times in that I always want to be 100% invested in one fund.

All these fund are self diversifyed in that they are mutual funds, which many a combination of many stocks making up these funds, this is diversafication in itself.

I prefer to try to be in the right sector at the right time.

If you are in the funds that are recommend at the mine you are gettin hammered by the small caps and have been for a while.

I prefer not to be in sectors that are being hammered.

Happy New Years to all.

In a uptrend price is above these lines and in a down trend price is below these lines. An uptrend has the blue line over the red. A down trend has the red over the blue. It is as simple as that.

The video above is old and dated back to august, but the message is the same and always will be.

The link below is a list of the funds available to us. Look at the lines and where price is in relation to these lines. Is price over the lines [uptrend] or is price under these lines?

stockcharts.com

You will notice that the charts that are black have lines that are red over blue, these are downtrending.

I have added red down channel lines to the charts and price is following these channels down.

As long as this is the case I have no interest in this funds.

Only the funds that are green are in a uptrending mode.

But with the majority in down trends I see no reason to risk being involve in stock funds at this time.
