Well, there is some good news on PARQ. The Java PARTS toolkit appears to be selling well, though it's just a toe-in-the-water start and the price is too low to have much effect on revenues. I haven't personally used it so I don't know how good it is; there's certainly a lack of shipping, polished application frameworks for Java at the moment.

The stock's crunched on falling sales and declining interest in Smalltalk, but the company may be able to pull off a quick conversion of many of its technologies to Java, in which case it's a terrific bargain at these prices. I bought some last week.
