I appreciate seeing the report on your conversation with Mr. Bale. Discussions I have had with others have basically confirmed the same thing. That is, although a huge discovery wan't made with the few holes that were reported, the expansion of the strike length in the Unity zone, along with signs of a mineral deposit from the one hole that was drilled in this area, leaves the door wide open for further exploration, and the potential for a significant deposit.

So why did the market react so violently? There must have been a large number of investors out there who were betting a lot of money that there would be a Diamond Fields-like find. And when that didn't happen right away, they jumped ship. And with trading activity being as low as it has the last couple of weeks, it is no wonder that the stock price is supressed.

I am with you Dr. Rankin; there is still much potential with Takla Star in the near future. In fact, some of the people I have talked to are more excited about the prospects for gold in Bolivia!

Regards,
