George: I received my monthly update from a broker at DiMedio Kirchhoff & Co. yesterday. Phoenix has retained BDO Seidman as an Auditing firm. They are the world's 7th largest accounting firm. They are international and have a large presence in China and Asia.
The company also announced Benedetto, Gartland and Greene (BGG) of New York and Credit Research and Trading LLC of Greenwich, Conn., as financial advisors. All this is for guidance in structuring the capitalization for the future growth of the company.

Well, my take on these moves is that George Soros has used his influance to secure these companies. They have a game plan and are holding on course.
Hind sight is so great. I would sure like to have been getting on board at this airport, instead of buying my ticket at that other bus station when the charge for passage was $2.03, $4.16, $4.06 and $3.13. OK, OK, OK ....spilled milk!
With all the positive steps that have been accomplished, I am at a loss to know why we are at this level. If I only knew the future, I would move into PHXS even more. How can it go below present levels? All my instincts and knowledge say, GARY!!......HELLO, GARY!!!! HEY!!!! GARY!!!!! BUY MORE, STUPID!!!!!
