there are not in "need" of people...but because their industry is growing so much they are expanded...still building more buildings...so they r hiring...one thing that stands out in MBNA is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION...it is written all over the place..."THINK OF YOURSELF AS A CUSTOMER" its over every door arch in the whole company!!!
