It seems like he sold his entire position in the company. I would be very cautious at this point. Insiders do'nt usually sell out at such historic lows unless something really bad is going to be announced. I might consider bailing out next week. No wonder the stock dropped during the last trading year of 1996. Its been kind of a dissapointment so far and I don't want to end up loosing any money. Lets see next week, earnings are coming out before the market opens on 2-3-97. Good luck.
