EPAY has become momentum players and daytraders' favorite -- Robbie's $40 target accordingly has long since rendered meaningless as far as trading activities are concerned. It does have all the markings of a highflyer: thin float, catchy name, internet connection, phonetic resemblance to EBAY, decent earnings, accelerated revenue growth, and very impressive client lists; the Federal Reserve angle sounds particularly compelling.
