Hi Jack; actually, the day I mailed them was the same day same ILO failed to pay their reg.fees with the VSE. A part-time job delivering papers should be enough to cover that subscription. For my own diliange I tried to contact the JAWZ Tech help desk and both times I recieved voice mail and I was never contacted. I think the product they have to offer is great but they have to learn the value of customer service. It's hard enough to sell the product but when they choose to close the lines of communications well, we all know what happens then. Remember that friend who you got tired of calling? Same thing with this. Do me a favour, you seem to have a little pull with those guys at head office. Can you say something to someone. You never know. For the fun of it, call yourself and see if you get any response. Tell them you have having a hard time to configure xmail. See what happens Any way, I thought it would be better to bitch here to you rather than the board but then again??? see ya phil
