No.

The correlation on the low levels of man made CO2 is not established.

Of the 300 PPM, man has made 9 ppm. Where does the increase actually come from?

You are not addressing the melting/absorption issue. There will be an increase in atmospheric carbon if the sea ice melts. So warmth DOES cause CO2 increase. Is it a snowball? Well, nobody has demonstrated in any conceptual or analog experiments that that low level a concentration DOES cause the amount of warming we have seen.

There is no way to be sure of your figures. Atmospheric CO2 in the past is conjectural, and based on ice studies. It's certainty is not well established. There is no way to tell if there has not been excursions above the levels you say are the limits. You act as if the exact figures for CO2 concentration are written in your personal Rosetta stone or on Cave walls along with pictures of bison. Please provide references.

Probably the past concentrations of CO2 from really high volcanic activity would be high locally and for extended periods. We can guess at warmer periods in earth's history, but we have not recording thermometers that are 1 million or 1 billion years old. Just the odd dinosaur and some plant life.
And for the most part the climate was temperate by all accounts. But again, it is all conjecture. We don't even know what temperature the dinosaurs could operate at. Some say they were warm blooded and lived in ice and snow.
