Gary, I understand there is a more timely source for 10-K's and 10-Q's than the SEC edgar database. Would you know about that source? Harry, I subscribe to Edgar-Online edgar-online.com It emails me when a filing occurs, and the filings are current daily (so, the emails are current). Gary Korn
