EC you really know this stuff. I had added Resveratrol capsules to my extensive regimen several months ago. Each capsule contains 20mg from whole red grape, and 120mg Quercetin as quercetin dihydrate. Added this per the 'Fantastic voyage' book of Ray Kurzweil and Dr Grossman. Never drank wine, though more than my share of beer, no drinks past 30 yrs.
