Albert,

I am totally with you that AMD, Cyrix and IDT should work togeter to develop on the next socket for their new chips.

However, I am kind of suspecting that AMD is a company hard to work with. VIA chipsets projects fell apart because of AMD VP ... The recent Cyrix/AMD next socket project came to an end after two years' co-operation rumors.

There was good chance that Cyrix might find themselves impossible to work it out with AMD in a timely matter for their coming M3 (2H/98).

If it happened in this way, it is bad to both AMD and Cyrix. Have you heard anything about the AMD VP for what he did to VIA?

Are you entitled for the full refund from Intel?
