THCL a new issue on monday, is a result of BGIX buying IVTX for 1% of Thehealthchannel.com and $250,000. THCL starts trading at Fridays closing price of IVTX. I will guess that THLC will have between 60 and 70 million float. BGIX shareholders can convert to THCL shares as of Wednsday next week. This is my Week pick and Monthly pick for August. To access more D.D. on the new stock, look up IVTX news on Yahoo or Quicken. The news release for BGIX should be out Monday. THCL should be @$1.75 to $2.00 Thanks Tim Dickson.
