As my post # 2487 points out, I don't quite understand how these numbers correlate or " a tad short" . Your column for Dr. Quart and Mr. Snyder state 19,070 and 4,822 respectively (9/5/97). Compared to 105,270 and 125,656 respectively for number of shares (beneficial ownership) as of 9/12/97. These much higher numbers include shares issuable upon exercise of stock options exerciseable within 60 days of 9/23/97. Your latest date is 9/5/97. It would be impossible for these options to have been taken and sold prior to your last reported date of 9/5/97 and end up with the 19,070 and 4,822 numbers without seeing those huge sales. It does make sense that additional sales could have been made to have these numbers correlate. It is more likely that these options were exercised after the last reported sale (9/5/97) or have not yet been executed.

I may be missing something very basic here, so don't blast me. I did not intend to be mean to you.

IMHO, it is not this "compensation" or the chemokines (which have been studied for over a decade) that caused the decline on Friday on light volume; it is just the overall concerns in the mkt and not wanting to keep a position over the weekend. As I write this, it looks like the Hang Seng is down 668, almost everything it got back on 10/24, looks like the whole mkt will be down again. I hope AGPH will weather this recent storm.
