(BIG SMILE) Did I tell ya??? LOL!!! I found it so delicious and so easy to make, and actually healthy... this could be produced on a large scale commercially, I truly believe it would become a regular household item and provide very stiff competition to today's ice cream companies... One of the interesting features of this ice cream is that only a few small spoons of it is more than satisfying, no more sitting in front of the tube and eating large quantities of ice cream... I very seriously doubt that anyone could eat more than an ounce or two of this ice cream without feeling fully satisfied and full... Enjoy and am looking forward to your findings... GZ
