Just wait until property values really start going downhill in many of these markets. I would think higher end subdivisions far from employment centers with a limited pool of qualified renters and a majority of the buyers being speculators looking to flip will have major problems as everyone tries to sell at the same time and (or) just walk from the preconstruction deposits.

<Of course Pulte will shove this one under the rug as an isolated incident>
