Glenn, Intel has the capability to integrate not only modem technology (various flavors) but NICs as well on the Motherboard. I'm not saying this WILL happen, but it sure is a potential threat to COMS future revenue growth. The consumer has shown this is not their preference. The consumer is the real boss. Glenn
