No, I definitely heard you. I was just thrilled to see 10-10-321 mentioned. Got us a big laugh at the office (which is not MCI or Qwest). I'm glad Qwest got a mention.

I think it's great how they mentioned MCI and AT&T as "go to" guys. MCI owns 10-10-321. They cover it with Telecom*USA which is a shell name that MCI owns from when they bought an LD company by that name in 1986. It's been incredibly successful because they had the cash to advertise big and grab a large chunk of the dial-around business that was starting to gnaw at their base. For an "expose" to identify 10-10-321 as a rip-off and direct people to call MCI just shows how MCI can still punch out some great sleight of hand marketing tricks when necessary. Then, even better, AT&T, which always said MCI was hurting the whole industry this way then launched its own campaign for Neanderthals - that's right, Lucky Dog, with those things with human bodies and dog heads are from that neighborly good ol' boy down the street, Mr. Armstrong.

Lots of fun all around.

Phil
