Based on some of the phone calls I've had, some investors thought this meant that Robert Kubbernus' role within JAWS was being diminished. Nothing could be further from the truth. What this means is that now Robert's time has been freed up for what he does best - being on the road, doing deals, talking to companies, etc. - without having to worry about the day to day operations at the Calgary office. And in Tej, we have an individual with a strong technical background who is also an excellent administrator - he basically built the technology department.
