I think WIND has held up better than many tech stocks because the word is out that it is a very high quality company with a proven story. With the successful Mars Pathfinder mission and the Intel-promoted I2O roll-out it has graduated from story stock status to a key technology player. IMO the stock buyback is just a secondary factor.
