At this point, the software written for FlexQuote is 18 months old and has not been updated for over a year. I would speculate that it would be to advantageous to rewrite from scratch rather than upgrading such dated technology.

If Sinclare were to miraculously revive itself and become a profitable company, I doubt that it would be with FlexQuote 'technology'.
