Alan, Ultimately, It does not matter to me if anyone or no one defends him. I have seen his true colors, heard his true thoughts, and come to my own conclusions. I don't need outside validation. If someone thinks that what he posted is fine, so be it, it reflects on them and their values, not mine.
That said, I also prefer to see people rally against close minded hatred and work towards trans-religious, trans-ethnic, and trans geographical unity. IMO, there is no better way to honor God(I would say the god in all of us, but I think this is the wrong forum for that):-)
Before anyone quotes the bible to try and show Gods preferences for not being "of the world", I am speaking of my own beliefs here. I am not asking anyone to validate them or follow them. Just expalining why I feel the way I do.
I only wish that I was wise enough to know how to reach out to people like Emile, to try and show them that love and unity is far more redemptive than hatred and intolerance. However, I don't know how to do that(yet).
