Except for the the problem of Worthington being a registered NASD broker... makes it seem like certain conflicts of interest and violations of NASD regulations and possibly SEC regulations, and maybe even laws? Auric = Worthington, registered NASD broker Floyd hires Worthington's attorney to defend him in a case where Worthington may have violated NASDR and SEC regulations by bashing stocks that he was short on, as a professional registered broker who does not disclose his status with every message he posts along with a disclaimer. Floyd, you're REAL quick to use the search engines to try and dig up dirt on CYBR and its management, but you're either lying about not knowing Worthington was a registered broker -OR- you just don't think to check your sources very well.
