ATHM in Garland

I have a friend who lives in Garland. Garland is located just to the northeast of Dallas. He lives only a few miles from the Dallas city limits. His neighborhood has ATHM service. He currently does not use it. He doesn't use the internet a lot but he did say that he had considered getting a second phone line for the internet before the ATHM service was available. Now, he says he would probably sign up for the ATHM service instead of getting a second line. It will cost him about $10 more a month for ATHM then for a ISP + montly phone bill.

I believe that his cable company is TCI.

I have been in and out of ATHM this year.
