I like to chart stocks and would like to know if anyone has an idea as to whether or not the historical prices of ERC, prior to the ex-dividend date, should be adjusted to account for the EVERCEL spin-off. If a stock split ot stock dividend had been issued, the historical stock prices would be adjusted for the change in the number of shares outstanding. It does not seem that the spin-off should be treated as a one time expense since the spin-off will affect the market cap of ERC in perpetuum.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this matter? Thanks.
