Joe,

M581A should be a great choice if you would settle for 83Mhz bus speed. M581A has 1MB cache and could cache over 64MB RAM. SIS5591 should be better than SIS5596 on Asus SP97-V which is great already.

From what I have learned, everyone with the right motherboards could clock M2-PR233 at 208Mhz (83*2.5). You should be able to do the same on M581A.
