Well, sorry to say, I used to trade with Block and I now trade with CyberCorp...to be honest, I would just say that our experiences with these companies are different.

Block is definitely not dying. Their good offices are printing presses for cash. But they have not learned more than one way to spawn a new office yet, and this may stifle their growth. The current success model is to take traders from a solid office and move them around to a new city and give them a stake.

If you want to talk business practices, then let me just say that at least Block and Cybercorp are acting legally and in good faith, even if they sometimes go too far and usually "correct" their mistakes. The MM's are just in complete denial and have been acting in bad faith for years -- i.e it's a cliche, but don't you love Moo Goo Gai Pan?

I'm just a lowly trader. I trade for me. They provide me an opportunity to pull up a chair and use my intelligence (assuming I actually have some.) That's all I ask.

Why the bad vibes? You have an axe to grind with these people? I'd be interested in your lawsuit allegation, but I can't say it would change who I trade with...

And last time I checked, green means go.
