Henry, remember that we didn't screw up the last amended NDA in March but it was the FDA Reviewer fucked us over good in September. However FDA Director reversed the non-approvable decision and granted us the Approvable status after she had reviewed the case. Now the chances of getting Approval are even higher because of the intervention by the boss or higher up in the command chain. So need not to say too much about our chances, I would put it at 100% in getting the Approval status.

There are other bettors such as 2 financial institutions pumping $1.5M cash into the company. Of course they got the warrants for cheap, 11% interests, and short payment time at March, 2000. This should give the boot to the fears and disappointment in the past. We are now entering in the new phase of the company. Total of 8 pharma companies are talking to us. There are talk about buyout or tender offer and I don't see that at all. Too risky for them to take on. They will let the market decide and then buy us out and we're still cheap for them to pick up.

Last few days volume has been higher than normal. I can see more days like this to come and price will gradually inching up until the strike at noon on the clock in January, 2000 when we make partnership announcement and FDA approval decision.

ps: Richard Harmon has a beef with Dr. Yak because I believe he's friend of Dr. Katz. That's IMHO. Let him miss the train. We don't need him on the train with us.
