NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/28/08 -- H3Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HTRE) has announced today the establishment and the signing of a partnership agreement with one of the pioneers of "play for pay" competitive on-line gaming, www.Sharkwaters.com .
Utilizing H3's business model, the partnership immediately provides for new H3 on-line customer usage and revenue streams. Also, H3 is currently negotiating to acquire an OTC Bulletin Board entity that will focus on the development and management of this breakthrough technology and high margin business.
